Sacred Heart Mercy Health Care Clinic has many patients who have more than just their medical needs. Patients often present without adequate resources for basic self-care products such as toothpaste and dental floss. Recently, a patient shared that she had to decide between buying food or toothpaste.
We know that many health problems can be made worse through poor oral hygiene and other lack of self-care.
But you can help. Every small gift or donation means helping to restore health and dignity to our patients. Consider donating the items below. Donations will be put into hygiene packages for patients in need.
Basic needs include the following:
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Toothpaste
- Toothbrushes
- Dental floss
- Bar Soap or body wash
- Disposable razors
