Participating in the Mercy of God through our Church and particularly through the Sacred Heart Mercy Health Care Clinic puts us in a privileged position to be able to support people with needs across the financial spectrum. If you have financial concerns and need support in covering the cost of health care, please fill out our financial assistance form. Please submit via our site or mail a hard copy to the clinic.
